ORDER AND DELIVERY
When wil I recive my order?
The delivery of order is done through Nacex in Spain and in the rest of the world whithin a period of:
- 2 to 5 working days in Spain
- 5 to 10 working days in European Community
- 10 to 15 working days in the rest of the world
We recommend that you use and address where someone can recieve the package personally during working hours.
If the items are not in stock, We will send you an email with all the information.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order has been made We can not modify it. To cancel or change the order send an email to email@example.com and We will modify it for you.
What forms of payment are accepted?
- Wire transfer / Bizum
- Credit card
The customer will bear the cost of the return. Request the return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within a period not esceeding 15 working days following the date of receipt of the product with the following information:
- Do you want a refund or change of piece?
- Reason for return.
- Collection address.
- A minimum interval of 4 hours where someone will be at the destination address to deliver the garment.
- A contact phone to coordinate with the carrier.
Products must be returned:
In its original condition, along with any accessories related to them, can not be used, washed or damaged.
Killing Weekend will coordinate the collection of the garment in the address specified by the customer. Only refunds managed by Killing Weekend with your shipping agency will be accepted.
For piece changes, you must deliver your clothing to the messenger when the correct size is delivered.
In case you want a refund and not a change of size, you will recieve the amount in the same way that you made the payment.
